Shipping was very prompt although there was slight damage to the side of the refrigerator, (this was not a fault of the Vendor), it did not affect the performance of the unit and it was out of site in our camper. We installed the unit a couple of days after receiving it and left it unplugged an additional day just to be safe. It only took a couple more days to fine tune the temperature and it has been operating perfectly ever since and survived a 400 mile trip to our next destination.
