I will never use this company again. Refrigerators are advertised as medical grade however the defaults are not compliant with vaccine storage and there is no way to override manufacturer defaults to make them stay. Whenever there is a power outage you will run the risk of losing all your vaccine. Secondly they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life!!! They did not listen to the concerns and essentially said that we the user were at fault and that their products do what they are supposed to. Unfortunately now a unit like this is going to end up in a dumpster because it is of no use to us. Thousands of dollars lost in vaccine due to a power outage and manufacture defaults that I can’t reset. Very frustrated and angry consumer! I would give zero stars if that was an option.
