   Don’t buy a Bosch refrigerator icemaker doesn’t work down twice while when your warranty horrible customer service still don’t have it fixed

   We bought this fridge along with a Bosch cooktop and dishwasher.
   1. Crushed ice is great when it works. 9.5 out of 10 times you just get cubes because of some defect in the software.
   2. The shelves on the left door are very short so anything you put in the will fall out when you open the door. There is no apparent reason for them to be short. They wouldn’t block anything if they were taller. Just poorly designed.
   3. The drawers are cheap plastic, pull out awkwardly (Not smooth) and feel like they will break.
   4. The Bosch app is hard to work. We added our other appliances somehow, but the fridge won’t connect.

   It does look really nice, but pretty disappointed overall.

   Ice maker works fine. Refrigerator works fine. Controls good. Ice maker makes noise all night. Freezer is good. The shelves are made too close together. It is very hard to find anything in it. I got a great deal on one because of a dent, but I wish .i had bought a different refrigerator,
