If you have an older home, and/or want to step back in time, do not hesitate to purchase! Built well, all smooth metal corners, no silly exterior plastic add-on panels, super functional (auto-defrost!), larger than most retro brands, bargain priced, and gorgeous! Also, interior freezer is great, latches and seals nice. The single exterior door allows for MORE interior door storage. Looks like I stole my grandmother’s 1940s white refrigerator!

I was thinking that I’d possibly received a dud, but after a day it regulates temperature fine. (Stick a quality thermometer in it to learn how it behaves to make your adjustments over outside room conditions and the effects of adding/removing certain bulky items after a grocery haul). I like its solid build, appearance, and sufficient refrigeration space for just me or a few people. The tiny freezer is awesome for just my spring water ice molds over my cubical freezer handling all my other frozen stuff.

I’ve been looking for a reasonably priced, vintage inspired, retro fridge. This fridge retails for $1,400 on Home Depot’s site, and $1,600 on Wayfair.
