In order to keep freezer items frozen, the temperature setting needs to be on the coolest setting. Doing this, however, means the refrigerated items freeze. So don’t bother putting salads, etc, in the fridge, if you need the freezer items to stay frozen. I strictly use the fridge for water bottles, which is disappointing. The side door is too narrow to fit small water bottles. Works great for extra freezer space, tho
