When the refrigerator arrived it looked great! However it never worked at all. Plug in and nothing. I dreaded the thought of having to exchange such a large item . The actual exchange part was very smooth. They sent a replacement right away and it did work when it arrived and looked great! Unfortunately, anywherefridge.com has not contacted me to pick up the original fridge that did not work. They said I would receive an email scheduling a pick up but it has been weeks and nothing!! Every time I have tried to reach an actual person I have been unable to. My return time is about to run out!!!!!! I was prepared to leave a 5 star review for the ease of getting the replacement , yet all this anxiety about scheduling a pick up has really made me regret purchasing an item like this from anywherefridge.com. Will not be doing again and would advise anyone to do the same 😢
