Is it possible to give zero stars? The only reason we have this thing is because it’s what our builder installed in our new house. It’s small, the glass shelves are paper thin and not adjustable. The ice dispenser constantly gets clogged, and the only way to correct it is to manually remove the ice canister inside the door to clear the clog. This results in an untold number of ice cubes spilling out on to the floor. Every time. I can’t tell you how much I hate this product. We’re ordered a new refrigerator from another manufacturer, and I can’t wait to get it and put this one in the garage where it belongs.

Icemakers can not keep up with one person’s daily use. The refrigerator section does not regulate the cooler section very well.

Cheap. Mostly plastic on inside, but the biggest issue is that the ice maker kept jamming. Then it wouldn’t stop making a horrible noise so we had to unplug it. Phone support is aweful. Scheduled an appt for service to come and 3 days later no one showed up so I called support again and they could not get anyone to come out to service it. We still do not have a refridgerator. We keep having to run to the store to get ice to keep things cold and with the price of gas this is getting ridiculous. Just got off the phone and it will be another couple days before service (might) be able to make it. So we will be without frigeration for possibly a week or more. Wish I would of read these reviews before purchasing.

Every thing was great . The company representative call a week before it arrived with instructions on what to do when it arrived. For a French door refrigerator it has more room in it than the old one and the freezer is large enough to empty a small chest freezer and still have room left.

I gave it four stars.
I would give the fifth star, but the ice dispenser has its flaws:
-small ice compartment (run out of ice quickly)
-slow ice dispenser (takes forever to dispense ice)
-no light on dispenser (can’t see at night)
-water dispenser drips (always drips one drop of water about three seconds after I pour my cup away)
