Arrived with a large dent in freezer door and the coating on the unit is separating from it. Largely these are cosmetic issues, unit seems to function as promised. 3/30 update. Was contacted by seller in less than 24 hrs, they worked to put it right, great communication. The fridge freezer unit is working well, have upped my rating and after it has done its job for a bit longer I would be willing to throw another star. 3/24/25 After a year, still going strong. Freezer and fridge still work great.

Great little mini fridge. Keeps things very cold and was well packaged. Easily installed and I got a 2 year warranty from the manufacturer. The color is accurate to the photos, and there’s no strange smells to it. It feels well built and durable. Overall I would recommend it! It even came with a drip tray, and ice cube tray.

I am creating a "safe place" in our basement. I needed a small fridge down there and this is on point. I waited as they suggested a couple days to let fluids settle. I filled it and set it on 4 ( 5 is max ) The first day I took a beer out and it didn't seem too cold ( set on 4 ) so I put it to max. My base I ordered showed up , so I emptied it to put it on the base. What I found was the bottled water were semi froze. I turned it back to 4 and it was perfect.

This is cute, works well and showed up a week early. It's for my teens room downstairs.

Nice refrigerator but there is no light switch and the led light has gone out after one year.

I used it when I was convalescing. It is compact kept my ice bags iced. I used the door for creamer for my coffee. Had room for fruit and other small items. It is small and will sit on anywhere needed. It isn't a fridge forever but it will work for keeping a few items.

Nice fridge for the price. I revived last fall and the only issue I’m having is finding a replacement water filter. I have city water so the filter last several months but at about 6 months the follow rate started to drop off and I’ve had to put the by pass plug back in. I search the internet with no luck finding a filer and am going to just add a external filter. Other than the water filter it’s a great fridge. Bins all roll smooth, interior lighting is great and after having regular stainless in the past the figure prints are minimal on the doors. I really like the integrated handles. Ice maker provides plenty of ice and is about the only noise I hear from the unit. Very quite compared to the Maytag it replaced. Overall I’d recommend the fridge.

I bought the menards rebrand of this, Criterion. It lasted 1 year and 2 weeks befor the flow sensor leaked and flooded my kitchen distorting my floors. They will not cover any thing. They cant find me the replacement part, even if I pay for it. Menards said to call Criterion, Criterion said call Winia, Winia said call Menards. And only cost $2150 after tax. No local repair centers will touch my fridge.

I so love this cute fridge I think I may buy another one. Put it in my wax Studio.

Upon receipt, stand upright for 6 hours before starting. The fridge is well-designed to make the best use of the space. The cooling is excellent, ice cubes form rapidly, and the temperature setting on medium (4) provides perfect cooling (38˚-41˚). It runs silently next to my bed. It is large enough to place a large microwave on top of it, the height making it practical. I have a 130 sq. foot room, so maximizing space is critical. The ice tray that is included is a joke. It makes sugar-cubed size cubes, but the freezer will hold a standard ice tray. The freezer is small, so you are limited in what you can fit. It consumes little power. The lighting is great. The door will hold half-gallon-sized cartons, space for six 20-ounce bottles, butter, etc. No buyer's remorse, this model is larger and cheaper than the predecessor. It weighs about 75 pounds, so it is light enough to handle without a dolly. The packaging was adequate and Fed Ex delivered it undamaged. There is no assembly required. The adjustable shelves are taped in place, and it can hold a gallon of milk upright if needed. In summary, it packs all the cooling power of full-sized models, in a small frame, perfect for a dorm or someone like me, renting a room. If you remove the top shelf, it will hold two gallons of milk. The door will hold 2 half gallon jugs.

Well, this looks like the only place that I could come to rant! I received the refrigerator and it was packed very well. They have plastic film over all of the stainless steel and they built the refrigerator around it pretty much it took me over two hours to get rid of the plastic off the stainless steel and still have not got all the edges. This is the most miserable stuff I’ve ever dealt with. OK, I feel better now. Other than that everything is great.. I am missing my screw covers for the handles. Not sure what happened there.

I bought that for our living room, just for some snack ice cream, I found The size is very good. It’s very compatible. Also, the color is cute and the prices were a good as well.

We chose this refrigerator for its unique size—48" wide counter-depth—and it has exceeded our expectations. It arrived safely and was installed without issue a few weeks later. The fridge not only works perfectly but also looks stunning in our space. The modern exterior design adds a sleek touch to our kitchen, and its slightly taller build makes accessing food incredibly easy. There’s ample room inside to fit all of our products comfortably, making it both practical and stylish. Overall, we’re extremely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-designed refrigerator.

We bought our Family Hub 6 years ago. From the beginning our fridge had constant problems. The wifi wouldn't work regularly. Then it stopped working entirely. So you can't get Pandora, Instacart or the other features. Samsung support had no clue of what to do and it was out of warranty. The temperature controls were off, so the freezer would sometimes cut out entirely. We had to throw food away. The ice machine is slow and doesn't make great ice. But worst of all, after only six years the freon stopped pumping and the freezer wouldn't work at all. Unlike other fridges, the warranty is good for only one year. Most other manufactures give you a five year warranty on certain parts. Not Samsung. We decided to try and repair it but the first nine repair shops said they wouldn't touch a Samsung. There were so many problems with getting parts and Samsung would not give them the necessary, technical details to fix the fridge. Samsung wants you to use their over-priced on technicians. We finally found a very knowledgeable repairman, and he could've fixed it, but he had the same problem. Samsung would not give him the technical details he would need to fix the fridge. He could've done it for $1000, but Samsung would've charged $3000. So we need to buy a new fridge. This repairman told us to just stay away from anything non-US made, except Bosch. So buyer beware.

I am loving my small refrigerator. It is just the right size.
