Fridge great but bag seam coming apart almost immediately didn't return because it still does it's job insulating and protecting from scratches but shouldn't be coming apart within first week.
SCAM. Not a new. Pallet Overstock. Front panel(front facing dent & prybar indentation on side, same panel)shipping box both damaged.Internal refrigerator control panel damaged/poorly repaired.

I like the way this looks. It should work great in my garage woodshop. Now for the not so good. The doors come hinged on the right. I need them hinged on the left. I laid the fridge on its back, per the instructions, to get to the bottom hinge. I saw that the bottom was a bit damaged. I doubt it will effect the operation. I accepted a partial refund for the damage. Here is why I gave it 2 stars. While the doors do reverse, the handles do not. Maybe I missed that in the description. The whole reason I bought this one was because my current one the doors do not reverse and it is a real pain.
I love the fridge. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that most refrigerators have, but that wasn't an important factor for me. I wanted something that would fit in my smaller space and had good aesthetician. The 2 freezer drawers are cool because the ice drawer doesn't fight for space. I prefer manual ice because there's no worry about junk/buildup in the ice maker. There's lots of room, and it is easy to move the shelves.
Got the item and it was broken. Wire ripped out of the connector???? I can fix it I think.
This terrible refrigerator never cooled properly. I've lost $800 of food because of bad cooling. The compressor was replaced twice. The freezer drawers were replaced once. Nothing helped. And the last time LG came out they did a hack job with compression connectors and caused freon leaks near the evaporator & compressor dryer. LG wouldn't take responsibility for the bad hacked service. DO NOT BUY AN LG FRIDGE!!!! Save yourself lots of money and food!

The first one I ordered came to me all banged up and dented. They replaced it. Now it has stopped working after 2 months of very gentle use. Unable to find an email to ask the sellers for a replacement or to troubleshoot. Not very impressed with the quality of this product.
I have no idea what the energy efficiency is. But the refrigerator arrived with a deep dent in the back edge, indicating it had very rough handling enroute. It seems to be doing a fine job. I would have liked a separate control for the freezer. It's attractive on the outside and very quiet. The door shelves seem a bit narrow or shallow, as they're not quite big enough to hold some standard-sized cartons and bottles.

I received the fridge today and it was dented on the exterior and cracked on the inside. We have another being delivered tomorrow and hope it's not damaged.

Nice bright replacement units at a great price. Would buy again when the next LED goes out in the fridge. Install was quick and easy with an online video search. These LED boards replace the ones inside the plastic housing with the plastic lens. As long as your housing is intact, this is the only replacement part you need.
